Pay Traffic Tickets

The 44th District Court processes all traffic and parking tickets for Royal Oak (and Berkley).

Within 14 days of receiving your ticket

Pay online using CLEMIS. You will need your last name as it appears on the citation as well as the citation number or your driver’s license number. CLEMIS is not available for payments after 14 days. 

After 14 days from the date of your ticket

Pay online using AllPaid or call 888-604-7888. You will need your ticket number and the court’s pay location code: 3031. This pay location code is critical to properly apply your payment: Using the wrong pay location code may result in a significant delay applying your payment. You are responsible for any additional costs that may be assessed because of delays in applying a payment due to use of an incorrect pay location code. 

Convenience fees apply to online and telephone payments.

Tax Bill Payment Options: VISA, Master Card or Electronic Check 

The Treasurer’s Office now accepts payments for Royal Oak tax bills via the internet or by telephone. This service is provided by Invoice Cloud

Service Fees include:

  • Credit Cards: 3..00% of the payment amount, with a minimum service fee of $2.95 per payment transaction of up to $ 10,000.
  • Debit Cards: 3.00% of the payment amount, with a minimum service of $2.95 per payment transaction of up to $10,000.
  • E-checks: No Transaction Fee

The Royal Oak Treasurer's Office handles all tax bills and payments for the city.

Beginning March 3, 2020 all delinquent taxes must be paid to the Oakland County Treasurer’s Office with additional interest and penalties. For additional information on the delinquent tax payment, please call Oakland County Treasurer’s office at 248-858-0611.

Water Bill Payment Options: VISA, Master Card, DISCOVER, and Electronic Check

The Treasurer’s Office now accepts utility payments for Royal Oak utility bills via the internet or by telephone. This service is provided by Invoice Cloud.

Service Fees include:

  • Credit Cards: $3.95 per payment transaction up to $400.00
  • Debit Cards: $3.95 per payment transaction up to $400.00
  • E-checks: No Transaction Fee
