This festive event will feature 60 jury selected artists, the BMW Future Lab + Succulent Bar, live entertainment, food vendors, and several adult beverage offerings including: cider from Bløm Meadworks, wine from Riboli Family Wines featuring Stella Rosa Wines, and beer from Brew Detroit, Drafting Table Brewing Company, and River’s Edge Brewing Company.

New research shows that burnout occurs when you want to impact others positively but can no longer do so effectively. These emotions are magnified when working in an environment lacking strategic goal setting, intrinsic motivation, and recognition. This workshop will focus on three ingredients that improve morale, create excitement, and help you re-ignite your internal fire.
