CAP1630 Special Assessment Paving Improvements

S. Edison Avenue

The contractor plans to work on water main connections and water service transfers during the week of May 1st. The contractor also plans to begin excavation and grading work along S. Edison Avenue in preparation for paving work towards the end of the week.

11 Mile Road will be patched with temporary asphalt until the contractor is ready for permanent pavement replacement. This will require a temporary lane shift on 11 Mile Road, east of Campbell Road.

Wrenford Road

The contractor plans to finish minor storm sewer upgrades and preparation of the roadway base the week of May 1st. The concrete for the new roadway is expected to be placed later in the week. Vehicles will not be able to drive on the new concrete for approximately one week.

Massoit Road

The contractor plans to begin excavation and grading on Massoit Road in the next one to two weeks.

W. Park Avenue

The contractor has delivered water main pipe to W. Park Avenue and will begin installation once the water main work on S. Edison Avenue is complete. This is tentatively planned for the week of May 8th.

CAP1535 Sherman Drive Construction

The contractor has finished paving the northern half of Sherman Drive from Forestdale Road to the town homes west of Maxwell Avenue. This section of Sherman Drive will remain closed to traffic. The contractor will likely pour the south half of Sherman Drive within this area the following week.
