- Downtown Parking: On-street and surface lot parking is FREE on Tuesday & Wednesday, Dec. 24-25 and Tuesday & Wednesday, Dec. 31-Jan. 1; Structures are free on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year's Day (Jan. 1) ONLY. Structures are FREE after 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) and all day on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year's Eve (Jan. 1). Normal rates and hours apply on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31).
