2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood, the contractor has installed the new speed humps on the westbound lanes last week.  Once the concrete cures they will switch to the eastbound side of the road, tentatively scheduled for Thursday pending inclement weather.

The contractor will also continue working on cleanup and landscape restoration this week on both Northwood and Sycamore.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor is working on cleanup, joint sealing, landscape restoration and irrigation repairs the next two weeks.

The final rain garden plantings will be installed in the Spring.
