Mark your calendars for Lighting of the Park on Tuesday, Nov. 21, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Centennial Commons!

What’s Happening:

Ice-skating at The Rink
Unique shopping at the Holiday Huts featuring local downtown Royal Oak businesses
Visits with Santa
Carnival rides, food trucks, and live music
And the grand lighting of Centennial Commons, including the Giant Oak Tree!

Lighting Ceremony Highlights:

The main event, held on the steps of the Royal Oak Public Library, 222 E 11 Mile Rd, will feature:

Performances by local musicians and school groups
A special appearance by Santa himself
A dazzling skating performance by Team USA members
The debut of the Beacon of Light Awards
