Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood & Sycamore, the contractor has begun paving the first layer of asphalt on the roadways. Once complete they will be adjusting sewer structures for the final roadway height the reminder of the week.

The contractor will also be working on cleanup and backfilling in advance of Halloween.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor plans to pour new concrete on Grandview this week., weather permitting.
