CAP2308 Major Road Improvements

Normandy Road:

The contractor has paved the first layer of asphalt and this week plans to finish up the remaining concrete work and continue work on restoration. The contractor tentatively plans to pave the final layer of asphalt onto the roadway towards the end of the week.

Normandy Road will be closed to thru traffic throughout construction. Residents with driveways on Normandy will still be able to enter the construction zone via the side streets to access their property. Businesses should direct their patrons, employees and deliveries to use Coolidge to access Normandy Road to minimize conflicts with construction work.

CAP2310 Water Main Improvements

Houstonia

The contractor has completed water main installation and testing and is currently working on transferring residents' individual water services to the new water main.

The contractor will also begin pavement restoration work this week between Beechwood and Marywood.

Longfellow & Sixth Street

These two streets are complete, with minor punch list items to be finished over the next couple weeks.

CAP2315 Asphalt Resurfacing

All project streets have now been paved.

The contractor will be finishing minor landscape restoration, punch list items and sprinkler repairs over the next few weeks.

CAP2335 Road Reconstruction

Parkdale (Rochester to Ardmore)

The contractor plans to pour the remaining driveway approaches this week, tentatively planned for Wednesday.

Brockton & Seventh

The contractor will be working on remaining landscape restoration and joint sealing the roadways.

Fairgrove (Special Assessment)

The contractor plans to pour the driveway approaches this week, tentatively planned for Wednesday.
